Ingredients:
- * 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- * 1/2 cabbage shredded
- * 1/2 red cabbage shredded
- * 2 avocado sliced
- * 1 tsp salt
- * 1 tsp pepper
- * 1 tbsp coconut oil
- * 1/2 cup parsley
- * 1/2 tsp chili powder
- * 2 clove garlic minced
Instructions:
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and add the oil, garlic, ground beef, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Cook the ground beef for 5 minutes or until it has browned.
- Fill bowls with cabbage, then top with ground beef, parsley, and avocado.
- Serve and enjoy.
